Local tennis players to compete in Junior Nationals

Members of the Robinswood United States Tennis Association 14U team will participate in the 14U Junior Nationals Oct. 20-23 in Surprise, Ariz.

Two of the participants, Rachel Bear and Megan Bastian, are from Sammamish. Bear attends Skyline and Bastian attends Eastside Catholic.

Other members attending the championships are James Wu (Newport), Cameron Coe (Mercer Island), Rachael DeCaires (St. Louise School), Ryan Hung (Newport), Stuart Toda (Mercer Island) and Melanie Lee (Mercer Island).
