Eastside Catholic KingCo application to be evaluated Jan. 21 | Poll

January 15th, 2010 at Fri, 15th, 2010 at 11:40 am by Kevin Endejan

According to Woodinville High School athletic director Terry Agnew, president of KingCo athletic directors, Eastside Catholic made a presentation last week to become a member of the KingCo 3A. The recommendations were forwarded on to the league principals, who will meet with representatives from Eastside Catholic on Jan. 21.

A decision to either reject their application, or to proceed with an on-site visitation, will be made after next week’s meeting.

Even though Eastside Catholic is applying to the 3A classification, the entire conference, including 4A schools, will have a say in the outcome.

Eastside Catholic, a private school with an enrollment between 400-500 students, has operated as a member of the Metro 3A conference for more than two decades.
